I was so impressed with the products and my sales rep. He was so knowledgeable, answered all my questions, "explained" the product. The installers were on-time, polite cleaned up everything - so professional - nice. Then my sales rep stopped by during the installation that was so impressive. It was so nice to talk to the same person who sold me the window. I've told everyone (family-friends & neighbors) how impressed I was with the whole experience. I'm so glad I chose Andersen!!!
